Simply remove the test from the foil pouch, and use the rubber pipette provided to drop four (4) drops of urine sample into the sample well, marked "S".  Results appear within 1-5 minutes!  Negative results appear as two coloured bands in the results window, whilst positive results appear as only one coloured band.
